LAUNCH SPECIALIST

Executing your plan

Senior year is where everything you've prepared comes together. You're not just planning anymore;  you're applying, enlisting, interviewing, or starting. Launch Specialist provides intensive support through application season and helps you navigate the decisions, deadlines, and emotions of transitioning to whatever comes next. By the end, you'll step into your future knowing you made informed choices and can handle what's ahead.

Complete Application Support

Weekly coaching sessions (September-December) during the application-intensive period, then bi-weekly through May. Students receive comprehensive support for Common App, Coalition App, and university-specific portals. Guidance includes activity list optimization, essay development, transcript review, and submission strategy to ensure error-free, competitive applications.

Financial Aid Mastery

Step-by-step guidance for FAFSA and CSS Profile completion with deadline tracking and error prevention. Students and families understand Expected Family Contribution (EFC), learn to read financial aid award letters, compare net costs across schools, and negotiate aid packages when appropriate.

Interview Preparation & Coaching

Three mock interview sessions with detailed feedback covering alumni interviews, scholarship interviews, and honors program interviews. Students learn to articulate their story, answer challenging questions confidently, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and leave memorable impressions that strengthen applications.

Essay Development

Personal statement and supplemental essay coaching with no cap on revision rounds. Students work through brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and polishing until essays are compelling and authentic. Support includes up to 10 college applications (personal statement + supplements), ensuring each essay showcases unique voice and story.

Scholarship Application Campaign

Identification and application support for 15-20 competitive scholarships with individualized essay coaching. Students apply for local, regional, and national awards targeting $40,000-$200,000 in total scholarship funding. Systematic approach includes deadline management, essay adaptation, and interview preparation for finalist rounds.

College Decision & Transition Support

Guidance through acceptance decisions, waitlist strategies, and enrollment deposit deadlines.
